Get Fit and Strong in 2017
Make 2017 into the year you get fit and strong. The Dellafit Fit and Strong 7 Week Program is the perfect way to achieve that aim. You will be outdoors in a beautiful location, training with people you will enjoy meeting, receiving constant support and motivation and in the process you will get real results you can see and feel….
Yes you CAN expect to get real results in 7 weeks. If you commit to training 3 times a week and try to follow the simple nutrition guidelines (which are based more around what you CAN eat rather than what you should avoid) you can expect that by the end of 7 weeks:
- your fitness will be improved. If you are unfit at the moment you will see a dramatic improvement in your fitness levels;
- you will feel and look stronger. Clients regularly comment that the resistance training starts to take effect quite quickly;
- you will have a feeling of well being. You will start to enjoy the way that regular consistent training makes you feel in your daily life;
- you will be motivated to eat better to fuel your body;
- you will feel firmer all over and notice that some of your clothes seem to fit better;
- you will feel a real sense of achievement when you complete the 7 weeks and see the results.
The program starts on 20 February and will run until 10 April.
The 7 week format makes you accountable – there is a clear road ahead and an end in sight. Each week you will focus on a different area of your nutrition with the aim of taking on new habits and a new awareness that you can take with you well beyond the 7 weeks.
During the 7 weeks you will have access to UNLIMITED training sessions. Ideally you should try to do 3 a week (but by all means do more if you like). The training sessions are always different and you will be encouraged to start off slowly with careful attention to your form. As you grow fitter and stronger you will be pushed to challenge yourself every session.
Session times that will be available for you are:
- Monday 6am and 9.15am;
- Wednesday 9.15am;
- Thursday 6am and 10.45am;
- Friday 9.15am;
- Sunday 8am.
It costs $350 which is just over $16 a session if you train 3 times a week. Don’t forget the motivation and support you will also receive and the focus on your nutrition.
