You will be training in the sun and the breeze (and sometimes a little rain!). You will get a real energy boost from being in our beautiful outdoor gym. No loud music or video clips, no mirrors, no one staring at you, no complicated machines, no waiting in line, no rows of machines filled with sweaty bodies – just peaceful park sounds, trees and birds.

Dellafit women love training with other women in a supportive non threatening environment. They love being trained by a woman who has “been around the block” and has experience in providing women with the kind of training sessions they want. Della prides herself on helping women achieve feelings of well being which will flow into every area of their life. The competing demands of work and family mean that women need a release. They want to de-stress and re-energise. Outdoor training will give you the relief you are looking for! Della will show you that the more you get outside and move the better you will feel and the easier it will be to get a handle on all that life throws at you.
You can bring your (well behaved) dog. You can bring your (self contained) kids. Although we do not offer a creche you are very welcome to see if your child responds to watching you train. It is surprising how well this usually works out – probably because we are outside. Although we have a relaxed atmosphere we get the workout done and use our time efficiently. We know how hard it can be to get time to train.
You will look forward to coming to training to catch up with the women you meet there. You will become part of a group that nutures each other through regular contact throughout the week. Our members provide each other with support and encouragement. You will not be made to feel like you are not fit enough. Instead you will be inspired to get better.
We have some women who don’t run due to particular issues to do with their back, their pelvic floor, their hips or their knees. From time to time someone might tell me that they have been advised not to do any work overhead. Whatever your particular issue is, we can work around it. If you are not able to do a particular exercise or have been advised not to do something, we can still make the session work for you. You will not be made to feel silly for doing something different.
Della knows your time is precious. Every session has been designed to make the best use of your time in terms of improving your fitness, your strength or giving you that energy boost you need. If you have a particular goal Della will work hard to keep you on track and accountable. We have helped many women get fit and strong, lose weight and start feeling better about their health. We have also helped many women achieve consistency around their training – attending sessions on a regular basis.
