Get with the program as we get fit and strong for summer
Starting on Monday 17 October we will be offering you the chance to commit to 7 weeks of training. We want you to head into summer fitter and stronger and feeling good about yourself. You will feel a sense of achievement, having trained hard for 7 weeks while paying attention to nutrition,hydration and rest. Your clothes will feel a little looser, your skin will be glowing and you will be glad you put in the effort to do something for YOURSELF. We only have one life to live – don’t put it off any longer – join us in the park for 7 weeks. It’s particularly beautiful to be outside as the weather warms up and the sights and sounds of summer start to happen around you.
For $350 you will receive:
- unlimited strength and conditioning training in a small group for 7 weeks (17 October until 5 December) at any of our regular sessions;
- Dellafit tshirt, singlet or muscle tank;
- guidance with nutrition;
- motivational emails; and
- one on one fitness assessments (before and after).
We have sessions at the following times at Rushcutters Bay Park, off Waratah Street:
- Monday and Thursday at 6am
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.15am
- Thursday at 10.45 am
- Sunday at 8am.
You will train to suit your own level of fitness. Over the 7 week period we suggest that you try to train 3 times a week. You will find yourself becoming fitter almost immediately and you will start to feel stronger and more energised. Why not try it – it’s just 7 weeks of your life. It could be the turning point for you becoming someone who is consistent with their training and nutrition. Contact Della on 0410 413 509 or email dellastanley@iprimus.com.au to register. Spaces are limited so don’t put it off.
