Wow – it’s 7 December 2015 and you look and feel amazing
On 12 October at Dellafit (one week into term 4) we will start an 8 week period of intense training and good nutrition which we are calling the “New You” program. The reason its called “new you” is because our aim is not just to do 8 weeks training and call it a day. Our aim is to introduce you to some new habits which will mean that you can be fit and lean forever.
Each week we will, as a group, focus on one aspect of nutrition or training with the aim of introducing it into your life as a permanent thing.
The “new you” program is available to everyone. For an upfront fee of $300 you will receive:
- Fitness testing, before and after photos and measurements;
- Unlimited training for 8 weeks;
- Facebook motivational group;
- Advice and guidance on nutrition;
- Access to a discounted rate for before and after DEXA body composition scans ($88) (optional);
- Access to discounted rate for nutrition plan tailored to your DEXA scan results and goals ($149) (optional).
Training sessions available to you during the 8 weeks from 12 October will be:
- Monday 6am;
- Monday 9.15am;
- Wednesday 9.15am;
- Thursday 6am;
- Friday 9.15am; and
- Sunday 8am.
To make the most of the 8 weeks AND TO GET REAL RESULTS THAT YOU CAN SEE AND FEEL we would like you to try to do at 3 sessions a week – more if possible. If you do not usually make a 6am session why not give it a try just for this 8 week period. You will surprise yourself and you will make it possible to fit in 3 or 4 or even more training sessions a week that way. See my blog article here about 6am starts to get you motivated.
We are encouraging people who do the program to take up the offer of the discounted DEXA scan before and after the program. You might only see a loss of 1 or 2 kgs on the scale but trust me if you train well and focus on what you are eating for an 8 week period you will see the difference on the DEXA scan – more muscle and less fat. It is very encouraging to see these results. Measurements and before and after photos along with improved results when we test your fitness will see you feeling PRETTY PLEASED WITH YOURSELF ON 7 DECEMBER. You will feel confident and happy as we head into summer.
