What have they been saying?
The women who have come together from 9 August on our 4 Week Lockdown Challenge have been enjoying the great camaradie, the new found motivation to move more, the daily “pep talks”, and the feeling of achieving a goal. All this against a back drop of lockdown where motivation can be low with limited opportunities for connection.
But do not just take my word for it. Here is some of what they have had to say as part of our group chat (I am sure they won’t mind – I haven’t relayed any of the juicier bits of conversation):
