Now is the perfect time to try outdoor training at Dellafit. You can join us for as many sessions as you like during August for just $31. That is one dollar a day. Even if you come once a week that will be around $6 a session. Come twice a week and it is down to $3. I want you to experience the feeling of regular training in an outdoor setting. I know that starting a training program in August is not something you might otherwise do. It’s still a bit cold. You can get away with the rugged up layered look for at least another month and the beach is still months away. But why not get a head start this year?
