We are back on 29 January better than ever!
We are back in the park from Friday 29 January and our offering this term will blow you away. When we are coming up with a program we always have YOU in mind. We want to get you results. When women take up our classes on a regular basis they can expect:
- increased fitness
- feeling stronger
- better posture
- generally feeling “better” – increased feelings of well being
- improved success at weight loss and weight maintenance
- better sleep
- more energy.
We have decided that a perfect complement to the high energy strength and conditioning classes would be yin yoga. Yin yoga is all about achieving “stillness”. Every Thursday at 6.30am we will have Yin Yoga with experienced yoga practitioner Crawf. We had a trial session last year and it was very well received. Our members absolutely loved this session and they all agreed that Crawf was an amazing coach. You finish the session feeling like you are walking on a cloud and your joints feel very relaxed – like they have had a thorough going over. Being outdoors makes it even more special.
Yin Yoga is exactly what a lot of our clients need. As busy women in their 40s and 50s they want to get in touch with their parasympathetic nervous system and switch off.
Boxing classes are another great way to let off steam and have some fun in the process. Our members asked for boxing and we have delivered. We are thrilled to be introducing Boxing for Fitness classes with Coach Ciara on Tuesdays at 6.45 am to 7.30am. Ciara, who is an experienced boxing coach, will put you through your paces with a range of drills designed to get your heart rate up without you even noticing because you are having so much fun. You will need to bring your own boxing gloves for this class. It will be popular so bookings are essential.
Of course we will also have our usual excellent Strength and Conditioning classes run by Della at the following times:
Monday 6am and 9.15am
Wednesday 6am and 9.15am
Thursday 6pm (NEW EVENING CLASS!!!)
Friday 6 am and 9.15am
Sunday 8am.
These classes are programmed to be suitable for all fitness levels. We do a mix of cardio and resistance work. Della packs what you need into a 45 minute session and programs the week so that it is varied and delivers results you can see and feel.
We also have our popular Zoom classes back on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.15am. You can also request the recording of these zoom sessions to do when and where it suits you.
So there is something for everyone. We are so excited to be growing and adding more sessions for our lovely members. We love seeing our clients get results – looking better, feeling better and moving better in their daily lives.
