Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to your membership:
1.Service guarantee
We are confident that you will enjoy your training sessions and achieve great results. If, after 4 weeks, you are not satisfied with the service we have provided to you we will on your request refund every payment you have made up to the date of your request.
2. Minimum term
Your intial commitment as a member is 10 weeks or one school term.
3. Pausing your membership
If you are to be away from the group for 2 weeks we allow you to freeze your membership. Please send us an email at dellastanley@iprimus.com.au at least two weeks before your planned absence. Please include the date that you wish to pause your membership from and what date you intend to return.
Your membership will automatically be paused for all NSW school holiday periods.
4. Missed sessions
You are entitled to request a recorded zoom session for every missed session.
5. Serious illness or injury
We are happy to accommodate you in the event of serious illness or injury which will prevent you from training. We can discuss pausing your membership or as a last resort, cancelling your membership.
6. Cancelling your membership
If you wish to cancel your membership we require 4 weeks’ notice.
