4 Weeks Special Focus on YOU
Just in the last few days (now 5 weeks into the NSW lockdown) I have noticed that a few of the people I know have started to get a bit down in the dumps about this whole situation we find ourselves in.
Have you started to feel lethargic? Lacking in energy? Not yourself as you feel weighed down with anxiety and uncertainty? Even if you started off well have things gone down hill?
Time to turn this around and harness all of our positive group energy to boost each other up and get through this thing feeling fitter and stronger than ever! You CAN control your health and fitness – you CAN make yourself feel better by getting out there and moving. We need to step away from “motivation” – as this may be running low – and step up and become a bit disciplined around healthy habits. But this is hard…..
What is the solution?
Announcing the Dellafit 4 Week Lockdown Challenge. Starting on Monday 9 August we will be:
*training together 3 to 5 times a week
*having access to recorded workouts to do at our leisure
*aiming for 10,000 steps a day
*receiving a daily pep talk from our coach
*celebrating achievements at the end of the 4 weeks
*talking together and supporting each other in a group.
It is going to be great spending 4 weeks taking special care of ourselves – with our training and nutrition and our mindset.
I can’t wait for our amazing community to come together to support each other through this.
