Summer is coming

Here is what is on offer:
- unlimited small group training sessions at popular times – early morning (easier now it’s light and warming up) , after drop off and on Sundays at 8am;
- fitness testing before and after – so you will be able to see the amazing gains you will make in your fitness;
- a weekly nutrition focus designed to equip you to continue well past the program with healthy eating habits;
- a facebook group to help with motivation and to make the program a social and enjoyable experience; and
- an attentive coach who will be there for you throughout the program answering your questions, checking on your progress and ensuring that you are accountable.
