
Personal Training
You might prefer to work one on one in a private training session with Della to achieve your fitness goals.
After our initial meeting to discuss where you are at now, your goals and any issues or concerns you have Della will program sessions tailored just for you. We can train in the park or if you would prefer Della can come to you.
You will have a powerful personal mentor in Della. She will do her very best to keep you on track, to make every session count and to structure your program with your end goals in mind.
Della is also happy to work with you on your nutrition so that it complements what you are achieving through your training.
Della is approachable and friendly and will treat you as a valued client.
Personal training sessions are usually 45 minutes to allow for a warm up and a stretch at the end.
Some clients prefer to work with Della one on one for a few sessions and then transition to the group sessions once they feel more confident. Della is very happy for you to start your fitness journey this way. Other clients like to do a mix of private and group sessions.
