The group training is a mix of cardio and resistance based workouts suitable for all fitness levels.
Della uses equipment such as resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbells, battleropes and the TRX but much of the training is based around body weight exercises.
Della’s intelligent programming ensures that you will be doing varied workouts and making the best use of your time every session.
Sessions are programmed so that they suit women who are just starting to get fit through to women who are very fit and want to be challenged.
Our groups are usually no larger than 10 people so you will receive personal attention and be reassured that someone is keeping an eye on your form to prevent you from being injured.
The group atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and many women find that they actually enjoy the social aspect of training outdoors in a group.
Some clients prefer to work with Della one on one for a few sessions and then transition to the group sessions once they feel more confident. Della is very happy for you to start your fitness journey this way. Other clients like to do a mix of private and group sessions.

Unlimited training at any session for 10 week term: $350 paid up front or from Jan 2019, $40 per week direct debit

$200 for 10 sessions with no expiry date or time limit to use.

$25 for a casual class.
